  1. Orientation and Planning
We get familiar with the current state of the team (whether newly formed or existing) and together with a client discuss expectations and become aware of all your ambitions and goals. We tailor an action plan customized for your Team. 


  2. Training 
In 2 days session we train the Team to gain necessary understanding of Agile and Scrum. We arrange special training for stakeholders and your customers so that they are familiar with the project management approach. If your organization already has a Scrum Master, we will coach him/her. One of our coaches will work either as a being a ScrumMaster or coach the existing Scrum Master so that s/he can continue to work with the Team in the future. We also might train Product Owner depending on your individual needs. 

  3. Starting the project using Scrum

We help to create agreements on how the Scrum ceremonies will be held. The Team and the Product Owner define agreements of working together and create the backlog of actions. 

  4. Sprints
In couple of sprints, the Team delivers value with Agile approach and works towards the set goal. 

  5. Sustain and improve

Accomplishing steps above and getting to the last step in beginning of another journey - continuous learning and improvement. We apply team evaluations to help understand where your teams are excelling and what are the pain points so that we can coach and guide teams to improve their efficiency.

Department Level and Enterprise level contains many teams that are responsible for delivering larger solution value. All teams are contributing to its Roadmap collaborating together and participating in the Agile Release Train (ART) events.

  1. Orientation and Creating Transformation Plan

We get familiar with the current state of your business units and work to identify your goals and expectations so we can establish specific milestones and tailor a unique action plan customized for your organization and its needs. 

Because of magnitude of the change we devote some time for strategizing and planning. However, our approach is: plan a bit, execute a bit and learn a bit. In other words, we do it incrementally.

  2. Train Lean-Agile Change Agents

 Agile Change Agents include Scrum Masters, practitioners, managers and other professionals who can contribute to the implementation of change. You will get a training from Certified SAFe Program Coaches. 

  3. Train Executives and Leaders

Agile Transformation starts from leaders who recognize the benefits of being an Agile organization. In our experience, Teams find it very challenging to work in Agile way when senior levels of the organization are not. Therefore, basic understanding of practices and deep comprehension of  Agile principles and values at the management level is critical for successful implementation. The training takes 2 full working days. 

  4. Identify Value Streams

This includes: identifying operational value streams, identifying the systems that support the value streams and people who maintain those systems.

  5. Train Teams

In 4 days session we train Teams to lay out the necessary SAFe foundation. Together with Teams we create Teams' Vision, Roadmap, find right competencies, establish an action plan and designate account holders for corresponding projects and priorities. 

  6. Sprint Cycles

In couple of sprints, the teams deliver value with Agile approach and work towards the set goal. They learn to self-organize and start to adapt to feedback culture while learning effective decision making, estimation and other processes.

  6. Enterprise Retrospective

It is a 2 days session with all associates who are engaged in the transformation to retrospect the enterprise, departments and teams. We will find the focus areas to improve  and find steps to close the gaps. 

  7. Sustain and improve

Accomplishing steps above and getting to the last step in beginning of another journey - continuous learning and improvement. We plan a follow-up Meetings every one or two weeks where Teams reflect on the process, decide on adjustments and commit to integrate the change. Further, it can be enhanced by coaching sessions and Organization Level Retrospectives.  See
